What is an alcoholic seltzer?
Seltzer is a fancy old German word for sparkling water. In America, it’s a word for what we call soda water. So… Alcoholic Seltzer is literally alcoholic sparkling water! How easy is that?

What makes them so delicious?
They're light, fruity and refreshing. They have just enough flavour, so they're not insanely overbearing or cloying (like RTDs), but extremely delicious and refreshing!

Who designed the flavours?
Moon Dog’s very own Chris Hysted-Adams who just happens to be the 3 x Australian Bartender of the Year.

How do you make seltzer?
Fizzer is made by brewing a clean, crisp and neutral base in our Moon Dog brewery. First up, we brew a clean & crisp base, that’s heavily filtered to remove any undesirable flavours from fermentation. This really lets our all natural fruit flavours shine. We then add just enough flavour to the base, so it’s not insanely overbearing or cloying, but extremely delicious and refreshing!

What does low gluten mean?
Well since we're effectively a giant gluten factory (a brewery), we can't currently guarantee that Fizzer is 100% gluten free. If there is some, it's in tiny tiny amounts (think ‘may contain traces of nuts’). We are working on being gluten-free certified as we speak - so stay tuned but please be careful if you are sensitive to gluten!

How should you drink it?
Simple! If you’re drinking an ice cold Fizzer from a can, we’ve done all the hard work for you. Just crack the top and enjoy! If you’re having it from the tap then just treat it like you would a beer or cider - straight into a schooner, midi, pot, pony or pint glass. You can add some ice if you like but it’s not essential.

Is this an Australian business?
Fizzer is made by Moon Dog which is 100% independent and Australian owned. In fact the same three guys that started things 9 years ago still run things today.

How many standards drinks are in each can?
Bang on one standard drink per can- how easy is that?

How do the calories compare to other drinks?
It's almost half the calories of other beer alternatives like traditional RTDs and cider.

How much sugar is in each can?
Stuff all. It's under half a gram!

Are they vegan friendly?
Sure are - no animals were harmed in the making if this Fizzer.
